Circe Moskowitz is a Puerto Rican writer and editor. Her words have appeared in Apex Magazine and Reactor, as well as the critically acclaimed anthologies Reclaim the Stars and All These Sunken Souls. Originally from Northern California, she currently lives in Florida.
