Circe Moskowitz is an award-winning fiction writer from California. She is the editor of the horror anthology All These Sunken Souls, which received starred reviews from Publishers Weekly and Foreword, and was named a Best Book of 2023 by Kirkus. She is also a co-creator of the comic Good Mourning, and contributed to Reclaim the Stars, which won the Ignyte Award for Best Anthology.
